  • This includes research on better understanding our communities being charged with crimes by the local prosecutor.

  • Information you provide us to defend you in your criminal case can also help us in this research.

  • No one working on the study or reading the study will know ANYONE whose data was used—all of it will be anonymous. 

  • You can say "no, I don't want my data included in the research."
